Objective One

To develop qualified and certified competent welding technologists, engineers, welding inspectors, NDT inspectors and skill welders in line with the industrial needs.<br />

Objective Two

To provide a Centre of Excellence for Education, Training and Transfer of Technology in the relation to metallurgy, Materials, Corrosion and welding engineering fields in accordance to internationally recognized standards in line with AWF-IMM guidelines.<br />

Objective Three

To be the preferred Welding Technology Centre and Solutions Provider serving the Steel Fabrication and Construction for Oil & Gas Sectors, Ship Building Industries as well as other Steelworks related industries within Malaysia as well as the Asian region.
